What we collect

Your name, contact details, national ID number and images, passport photo, employment or business details, income, guarantor details, payment history and device information used for security.

Why we collect it

To verify your identity, assess your ability to repay, prevent fraud, administer your loan, collect repayments and meet legal obligations.

How we protect it

National ID numbers are encrypted. Documents are stored privately and accessed only by authorised staff, and each access is logged. Staff accounts use two-step verification.

Who sees it

Only staff who need it for their role. We contact your guarantor only about your loan. We do not contact unrelated people about your debt.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or, where the law allows, delete your information. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
